You arrive early for your appointment to allow for a smooth check-in process.
Phone appointments: You will receive a phone call to the number we have on file. This call will be from “No Caller ID” at your appointment start time. If your provider cannot reach you, they will leave a voicemail message.
Video appointments: You will receive the appointment link via email prior to your appointment. All of our appointments operate through a secure video call platform. You can share documents and communicate with your provider through the system.
